Viora Wine sells alcoholic beverages. By accessing and using the website, you confirm that: • You are 18 years of age or older as required by Vietnamese law • Selling alcohol to persons under 18 is illegal and strictly prohibited • Viora Wine reserves the right to refuse delivery if the recipient is suspected to be underage
You agree to use the website for lawful purposes and not to: • Provide false information when placing orders • Copy or redistribute website content without permission • Attack, interfere with, or disrupt system operations • Use bots or crawlers to collect data illegally
When placing an order at Viora Wine: • Orders are only confirmed after successful payment or verbal confirmation by our staff via phone/Zalo • Product prices are listed in VND and may change without prior notice • We accept bank transfers, cash on delivery, and valid e-wallets • Viora Wine reserves the right to cancel orders if fraudulent information or violations are detected
• Nationwide delivery through reputable carriers • Delivery time: 1–3 days (Da Nang city), 3–7 days (other provinces) • Shipping fees are calculated based on delivery address and order weight • We are not responsible for risks beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, etc.) • The recipient must be 18 or older; delivery staff may request ID verification
Viora Wine accepts returns in the following cases: • Products damaged or leaking during shipping (must report within 24 hours of receipt) • Products delivered incorrectly compared to the placed order • Expired products Returns are NOT accepted when: • Products have been opened or partially consumed • The 24-hour reporting period has passed without valid evidence
All content on the Viora Wine website — including text, images, logos, videos, and designs — is the property of Viora Wine and is protected by Vietnamese Intellectual Property Law. Copying, using, or redistributing in any form without written consent is strictly prohibited.
Viora Wine provides services on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for: • Indirect damages arising from improper use of products • Content from third-party websites linked on our website • Service interruptions due to technical issues beyond our control
These terms are governed by Vietnamese law. Any disputes shall first be resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be submitted to the competent People's Court in Da Nang.
